Troop 657 was established in 2005 and continues to actively serve the youth of the Orange Frontier District. We are about 60 boys strong and have an active program of meetings, outings, fundraisers, service projects, and summer camp. We’re chartered and sponsored by Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 4321 Cerritos Ave., Cypress CA.
Our Troop meets weekly on Mondays from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the church. Please contact us if you’d like more information or are just interested in Boy Scouts. scoutmaster@Troop657.org
Our Troop has a rare opportunity to go aboard an active U.S. Navy Submarine. What an honor and a privilege! You must sign up by the end of the day on Tuesday, August 22. So hurry and get your name on the list in the Troop email. Contact Mr. Bremser or Mr. Herron with questions.

There are a number of advancement meetings scheduled to help Scouts achieve their ranks. Please refer to the Troop email for dates, times, and specific subjects. These meetings are a great way to get your requirements signed off, so be sure to take advantage.
Every year the Troop holds an end-of-summer picnic and barbecue. All Troop members and their families are invited. This is a potluck event, so be sure to sign up early for the dish you’d like to share. There will be a link with RSVP and food list in the Troop email. Help is always needed with set-up, and everyone is expected to stay for clean-up.
