Troop Fundraiser, Wednesday, May 16

Don’t forget to visit California Pizza Kitchen on Seal Beach Boulevard for our troop fundraiser Wednesday evening. Just bring a flyer with you and our troop will receive 20% of your check total. (Flyers were emailed out and available at the Monday meeting.) It’s an easy–and tasty–way to support our troop.

Troop Community Service, May 27

All Scouts are invited to participate in an important community service project, Sunday, May 27. It’s a chance to help the church that does so much for our troop, and to provide support to our military service men and women overseas.

We will be packing boxes for our troops at approximately 10:45 in the parish hall. The church is also requesting that we provide four Scouts in uniform to help usher at Sunday services (ushers would need to arrive at 9:10 a.m.).

Scout-O-Rama, May 12th

Scout-O-Rama is Saturday, May 12, at Oak Canyon Park. Both scout and adult volunteers are still needed to work the Troop 657 booth. Please contact the Pollards at fritz-kate@socal.rr.com or 562-493-3885 to sign up. Plan on enjoying all the other fun booths and activities while you’re there.
