Camp Big Horn, June 2023

We had a total of 7 girls and 4 adult leaders spent the week at the beautiful camp Big Horn near Lake Arrowhead in San Bernadino Mountains last week.

They faced their fear of bugs, including mosquitos and spiders. They also saw deer and rattlesnakes. In total, the Scouts completed 27 merit badges, did ziplining and the adult leaders participated in the dutch-oven competition.

Everyone adjusted to camp food really fast and also to cold temperatures, which dipped to mid-30s at night later in the week. The Scouts maintained the Scout Spirit throughout the week.
